CARAT

Privacy

Updated 2 September 2026.

CARAT is run by Pavlo Kostromytskyi. Write to hello@carat.farm with any question about your data.

CARAT stores what you enter: your email and a password hash, and your clients' farm data — name, contacts, region, area, plans and projections. You enter it, and only you and whoever you give a package code to can see it. When a lender fills in the contact form behind a package code, their name, institution and work email are stored for the advisor who issued the code. Feedback you send from the app, and any contact you leave with it, is kept for three months.

CARAT does not sell or share data. Two messages leave the server through Brevo, a mail relay: the email-verification link, and a note to the founder that new feedback arrived (never its text).

Page visits are counted without identifying you: no IP address is stored, only a visitor fingerprint that changes every 30 days and cannot be reversed, the page, the browser and device type, and where the visit came from. Cookies: the sign-in session, your language choice, and — on a package link — the code you typed, until you close the browser.

To delete your account and everything in it, write to hello@carat.farm.
